孔教会是民国初年提倡尊孔读经的社团。辛亥革命后，清朝的遗老、封建文人等相继组织了“孔道会”、“孔社”、“尊孔会”、“孔圣会”等尊孔复古团体。1912年11月，康有为授意其学生陈焕章等在上海成立。它以“昌明孔教，救济社会”为宗旨，实则是反对革命，力图复辟清室。次年2月，发行《孔教会杂志》作为机关刊物。9月27日在山东曲阜召开第一次全国孔教大会，举行大规模祭孔活动。11月推康有为任总会会长，张勋任名誉会长，陈焕章为主任干事，总会迁至北京。
