此尊释迦牟尼像头顶满饰螺发，肉髻圆凸。五官位置匀称，高鼻薄唇，眼睑略俯视，表情深沉内省。身躯挺拔健硕，身穿袒右式袈裟。全跏趺坐，左手置于脐前结禅定印，右手下垂搭于膝上。表现的是释迦牟尼经过六年的苦修，在菩提树下得证无上大菩提，领悟了无上谛理成道时的情形。下承台座莲瓣挺拔饱满，工艺细腻精湛，通体鎏金灿然，富丽堂皇。
