The well-polished, massive blade with shinogi-zukuri and iori mune with a straight shinogi-ji, tachi-sori, and koshi-zori, the boshi with ko-kissaki and komaru kaeri, the hamon is gunome, gunome midare in nioi-deki with a clear, well-defined habuchi, the hada is itame-nagare. The gilt copper habaki with deeply incised line decoration. The nakago is o-suriage with one mekugi-ana, the tip is kiri.
