款识：“大明万历年制”六字双行楷书款
拍品形制与北京故宫博物院藏品极为相似(参见《故宫博物院藏文物珍品大系-五彩·斗彩》，页51，图47)，通体以青花五彩为饰，盘心绘张天师斩无毒故事图。张天师持剑立于画面正中，周围有蟾蜍、蝎子、蛇，背景为松树花草。内壁绘折枝花卉，外壁绘花草纹六组，间以蛇、蝎子、蟾蜍、蜈蚣、壁虎等。足墙绘卷草纹。盘形小巧玲珑，色彩浓重，为万历五彩器佳作。数量2
