款识：八珍耄念之宝 |玺白玉质地，精细雕琢，色泽纯正，入手敦厚凝滑，包浆肥厚滋润。印章饱经岁月，边缘处已被摩挲得圆润光滑，而在手抚不至之处，也生出一层色泽沉浓的皮壳，与玉色之烁烁光华辉映，冷肃华美。印章之上有螭龙钮，螭龙身姿婉转，线条流畅，游刃有余。明清以来对龙纹的使用定规定制，越发严苛，龙纹逐渐成为皇家的专属纹样。清代皇室用玺印种类繁多，除正式场合规格严谨的年号、宫殿、鉴藏外，多为御书钤用，与文人书斋篆刻相同，皇室印也有字号、斋馆、纪年遣怀及箴言吉语之分。该印应为清朝宫中所制，钮雕制工为典型乾隆时期样式，印章大小与《乾隆宝薮》上几方乾隆印章一致，可为参考。
