款识：乾隆御铭 |此墨式为“仿唐八棱澄泥砚”形。作八方形，砚堂呈圆形，周缘凹陷成环渠，渠之砚边的宽沿上，模印波涛、飞鱼和海马图案。纹饰精细，丝理完美。墨一侧描金“仿唐八棱澄泥砚”款。背铭文“一规内涵八棱砥，琢端匹绛润而理，平水圆璧安足拟。乾隆御铭”、钤印“比德”、“朗润”。整体纹样极富立体感，模印清晰，细密流畅，书法方正规矩，一丝不茍，颇具皇家威仪。||参阅：《文房珍品》，安徽省博物馆主编，两木出版社，1995年，第84页，图53
