|天王俑源于佛教的护法神，多置于寺院门前或佛前，佛教传入中原后逐步汉化，护法神的形象也逐渐演化为武士形象，被赋予了驱鬼辟邪的功用，标志着神人同形观念的确立。天王像两尊，浓眉大眼，阔口，作愤怒相，神态威严，身穿铠甲，腰系带，腰下有膝裙护大腿，一腿直立，一腿微曲，分别踏于雄狮和飞龙之上。整尊塑像通体施釉，以绿、褐、两色为主，釉色鲜艳明亮，流淌自然。
