|此图白色缎底，其上以彩线绣麻姑像。麻姑又称寿仙娘娘、道教虚寂冲应真人。据东晋葛洪《神仙传》记载，其为女性，修道于牟州东南姑余山，东汉时应仙人王方平之召降于蔡经家，年十八九，貌美，却自谓“已见东海三次变为桑田”。故古时以麻姑喻高寿。又流传有三月三日西王母寿辰，麻姑于绛珠河边以灵芝酿酒祝寿的故事，因而民间为女性祝寿多赠麻姑像，取名麻姑献寿。本品所绣麻姑其像脸若满月，长眉细目，手若柔夷，弱质芊芊，极具仙家风姿。其头簪牡丹，衣裙满绣锦地纹，身旁依偎凤凰，皆暗含富贵长寿之祝福。绣丝纤细，设色雅致柔和，可谓精工巧夺。
