提要：庄钟济（1856-1932），武进人。庄受祺孙，庄怡孙长子。字永硕。顺天大兴县附生，光绪元年恩科顺天乡试挑取誊录，光绪二年顺天举人，光绪十二年进士，翰林院庶吉士，乙丑散馆改吏部主事，文选司兼稽勋司行走，选授陕西长武县知县，调署临潼、凤翔等县知县，加五品衔，以办理西征粮台出力保举，以直隶州知州在任候补，甲午科陕西乡试同考官，选授河南武安县知县。编辑《维摩室遗训》四卷。
