提要：何梦瑶（1693-1764），字报之，号西池，广东南海人，清代广东名医。早年曾参加科举考试，中式进士，并出任过知县和知州。清乾隆十五年（1750），何梦瑶因故辞官返回广东，先后在广州粤秀书院、越华书院主持院务。他原对中医学颇有研究，返回家乡后得以有暇余倾注于中医学的深造。
