A Minoan-inspired gilt D-shaped ring with ribbed hoop and granules supporting a hollow-formed ellipsoid bezel with intaglio cult scene from circa 1500 BC; after the antique, the original from the treasure discovered by Arthur Evans in a tomb at Isopata near Knossos, Crete and published in The Prehistoric Tombs of Knossos I & II London, 1906. 9.37 grams, 23.10mm overall, 18.06mm internal diameter (approximate size British P 1/2, A 7 3/4, Europe 16.86, Japan 16 1/2) (1").
