此炉器作平直口，口沿外侧阴刻回纹一周，上置覆碗式炉盖，盖面镂空做烟口，中央置一瑞狮为摘钮，憨态可掬。口下束颈，浑圆鼓腹，腹左右两面分饰对称螭龙耳，下承三兽足，敦实大气。腹部两面开光，其内鱼子纹锦地，精作浮雕鹤鹿同春纹，构图严谨，疏密有致，远近结合，鎏金装饰，雍容典雅。整器形制规整，比例协调，置于书斋，分外清雅。
