提要：本圣旨系咸丰五年（1855）十月十五日颁发。
诏封捐职卫千总（从六品）陶龙德为武略佐骑尉（从六品），貤赠其妻黄氏为安人（六品）、封继妻徐氏为安人（六品）。
卫千总是清朝从六品武职外官，其职责是管理搬运漕粮的人，其上对应是营千总（正六品）。漕运总督所辖各卫所武官，掌率运丁，领运糟粮。顺治三年（1646）由千户改置，秩从六品。
