Four pieces of Chinese jadeite jewelry dating from the Republic period. One piece is a skinny, lotus-form brooch. Two pieces together form a pair of round cabochon clip-on earrings with lotus-form metal frames. And the final piece is a double dragon gold ring with an old velvet box. The band of the ring is marked "585 14K." The dragons on the ring have ruby eyes, and they are consuming tear-shaped jadeite stones. The interior of the ring box reads "Caribe, Hong Kong, Genuine Jade." Dimensions are: the brooch measures 2 3/8 inches tall X 3/8 inches wide X 1/8 inches thick, 6 cm X 1 cm X 0.3 cm. The earrings measure 1 inches tall X 3/4 inches wide X 5/8 inches thick, 2.5 cm X 1.9 cm X 1.6 cm. The ring measures US size 7. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The jadeite brooch has two cracks. The jadeite earrings are in overall good condition with use wear. The jadeite dragon ring is missing one ruby eye, and it has use wear. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece after its initial manufacture as diligently as possible; however, as stated in our terms, condition reports are statements of opinion and not representations or warranties.
