此佛母像头戴五叶花冠，顶结高发髻，耳侧U形宝缯翻卷，头后发辫垂于双肩。双目低垂，形象庄严。上身肩披帔帛，胸前饰U形连珠式璎珞，下身围长裙，衣纹散落于莲座上，流畅自然。跏趺端坐，躯体略向右倾斜，呈三折枝式。手中的法器遗失，从手势上看，应是远行佛母像。莲花座宽大周正，莲花瓣上下对称排列。整躯造型挺拔，装饰繁缛，做工精细，金水一流，此类佛母存世量极少，值得收藏。
