A Chinese Longquan celadon ‘Gu Shi' bowl, 15th century,the exterior incised with lines in imitation of chrysanthemum petals, the interior impressed ‘Gu Shi', surrounded by incised flower petals.Gu shi Cheng was a famous Longquan kiln operator from Dayao during the mid Ming period. Similar bowls and dishes bearing this mark were found in the Lena Shoal Cargo, however this bowl does not appear to havee from any wreck.Dimensions: 13.8cm diameter, hairline crack
