A Chinese incised ruby red ground famille rose vase dating from the Republic period with an old stand. The vase has a 4-character mark on the bottom, and the vase's ground is incised with flowers with famille rose flowers also scattered around the ground. The body depicts 3 scenes of birds and flowers in a landscape. Dimensions are: 13 1/2 inches tall X 5 1/2 inches in diameter, 34.29 cm X 13.97 cm. All measurements are approximate.
