A Chinese embroidered panel dating from the early 19th century. It features two dragons chasing flaming pearls over a wave motif. There are four phoenixes surrounding the dragons. The embroidery features gold thread, and the panel has a black border. Dimensions are: the area of the embroidery measures 24 inches tall X 15 inches wide, 61 cm X 38.1 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is significant, widespread thread loss, as well as loose threads, staining, and fading. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
