A Jadeite Vase. The flattened baluster vase issuing a blooming prunus branch with two magpies along the flaring neck, and also issuing a pine tree with a pair of cranes along the other side of the vase, the highly polished stone of emerald, black and white tones, with a fitted wood stand. Republic Period. {Height: 8 1/2 inches (21.6 cm)}. Provenance: Private East Coast Estate Collection, acquired in China during the Republic Period (1911-1949). Condition: Restorations to the prunus branch due to prior breakage.
