Chinese Purple Glazed Jun Lobed Planter. Of quatre-foil section with lobed sides supported on four ruyi shape feet, exterior covered with a deep purple glaze with lavender streaks, interior covered with a finely crackled sky-blue glaze thinning to mushroom tone on the edges, the base incised with an inscription and covered in a brown glaze. {Width 10 inches (25.4 cm)}.
