Pair of Chinese Famille Noir Verte Square Vases. Both tapering rectangular shapes below a trumpet neck, painted in panels with birds in flight and birds perched on a plum tree, peony and chrysanthemum branches over a band of lappet, the neck with further foliate design, a six-character seal mark on the base to read Kangxi reign, now electrified and repurposed as table lamp bases. {Height 26 1/2 inches (67.3 cm)}. Condition: One vase damaged on rim, holes drilled to base.
