VICTOR PRINCE NAPOLEON (1862-1926), titular 3rd Prince of Montfort, Bonapartist pretender to the French throne from 1879 until his death in 1926, autograph letter, one page, typed in English, on headed paper with eagle and cross crest to top left, 52 Chepstow Villas, Bayswater, dated November 22nd 1893, addressed to Robert M.S. Masgrave, Red Hall, Shadwell, Leeds, Victor states 'My dear sir, I must really apologize for not having written to you sooner, but the fact is I have been so ill that I have not been able to do so before.
