黄财神，藏名藏拉色波，是藏传佛教各大教派普遍供养的五姓财神之一，密教之护法神祇，诸财神之首，因其身相黄色，故称为黄财神。此尊财神以紫檀雕成，木料细腻，顶束高髻，耳配耳珰，身披帛带，体型壮硕，身形舒展，足踩螺宝，游戏坐于莲花台座上。右手握摩尼宝珠，左手携吐宝鼠，手臂弯曲微扬，意气风发。整体造型细腻生动，法相威严，风格大气。
