白财神为藏密五路财神护法之一是观世音菩萨的慈悲化现，以龙为坐骑，又称骑龙布禄金刚，寓意能入海取得人间稀有珍宝，解除贫穷。题材较为少见，更加珍贵。造像为一面二臂三目，头戴宝冠，顶发如愤怒的火焰般上扬，丝缕可见。面相愠怒，三目圆睁，张口露齿，神态十分威严。财神以游戏姿坐于龙背上，身形壮硕，腹部圆鼓，双手结期克印，身佩珠宝璎珞为饰。座下龙有四脚，首尾高高翘起，造型灵动，四足有力，身上的鳞片刻画精细入微，下承单层覆莲台座，莲瓣饱满挺阔。整尊造像尺寸虽小，但制作灵巧精致，形象刻画极其生动，留有原施红、蓝彩，金水饱满亮丽。
