带板呈长方形，白玉为材，底层镂刻卷草纹，上层镂雕穿花龙纹，龙形体细长，婉转曲折，旁有折枝花卉纹，圆眼长鼻，张口见齿，毛发向上冲起，四足腾空，身姿矫健，飞翔于繁花之中。整体布局舒妙，琢制有序，层次分明，生动逼真、灵巧矫健、颇具动感。本品依其形制可判断是作为玉带之尾板的铊尾，为玉带中形体最大者，存世量少，既可古物今用作书房案桌文镇，亦可观赏把玩。
