FIVE VARIOUS SMALL RUGS, comprising A PERSIAN PRAYER RUG, hand-knotted, the deep raspberry ground with a repeating geometric design of stepped lozenges to the centre, the main border with raspberry, green, blue and brown flowerhead design, enclosed within two narrow raspberry borders with twist design; A FLATWEAVE RUNNER, with zig-zag triangular design, in pale pink, pale blue, cream, orange and brown; A FLATWEAVE RUG, with deep lilac ground, the central field a geometric pattern of pale orange, brown and grey within a pale orange zig-zag border, the broad outer border with grey hook motifs, within a brown guard border; and TWO PRAYER RUGS, hand-knotted, the larger the brick red field with four guls of cream and brown pattern and with conforming coloured sprays around the inner edge, the inner border of flowerheads within an outer shaped zig-zag border, the ends with diagonal hook pattern.
