带底座高30.6cm；带链高20.4cm；宽9.38cm；厚7.58cm
壶以碧玉为材，温润细腻，光气精良，由整块料雕琢而成。器呈圆形，由盖和身组成，子母口相合。盖上满刻纹饰，呈对称布局，上有一桥形钮。颈部两侧镂雕一对桥形耳，提梁从中穿过，一端圆雕龙首，一端为龙纹，活环链套于其上，一端与钮相接。流较短，雕琢龙首，张嘴，昂首挺胸部排列整齐阴线，以示肌肉健硕。鼓腹，掏膛规整，腹部阳刻饕餮纹，下承三兽足，庄严神秘。配有红木底座，上琢梅花纹。整体造型优美，工艺精湛，做工极为奢侈，在存世烟壶中可谓稀见品种。
