作者简介：迟明（1923-2017)，号江南渔翁，字子东。安徽当涂县人，十六岁起从事美术教育工作四十余年，现为中国老年书画研究会会员，安徽省美术家协会会员，安徽省姑孰书画院名誉院长，山东荷泽天香画院名誉院长等。其作品工写相兼，虚实结合，千姿百态，清润灵动，栩栩如生，雅俗共赏，也是当今画坛上广受称誉的画鱼高手。作品在国内外多次展出并获奖，《人民日报》等海内外报刊多次发表其作品并争相收藏。
