作者简介：陈敬第（1876-1966)，字叔通，号云麋，浙江杭州人。清光绪二十九年癸卯科2甲38名进士，散馆授编修。留学日本，参加宪友会和光复会，并创办杭州第一所女子学堂和杭州《白话报》。辛亥革命后任国会众议院议员、上海商务印书馆董事等。解放后任中央政府委员、全国人大常务副委员长、政协副主席。
