THREE RARE CHINESE PAINTED POTTERY STACKING POTS, WARRING SATES PERIOD (476?221BC). Each with handles and a rounded body with short straight rim and a concave base which makes them easily stackable. Each decorated with meander pattern in red pigment. Each approx. 12.5cm height and 30cm width including handles. Originally purchased as Northern Wei dynasty but though to be Warring States. (3) Provenance: From a private Essex collection. Purchased from Abhaya Asian Antiques, Hong Kong 2004. All in good overall expected condition without obvious areas of damage or repair.
