At the bottom are two seals. One located on the right side "张伯驹珍藏印" (Zhang Boju) and one on the left side "曾藏潘健..处" (Pan Jian).
Pigments on silk, with cloth frame. Depicts a scene with two ladies, wearing elaborate dresses and carrying a branch of roses, next to a phoenix and a deer flying among the clouds. On the right side it indicates the title of the scene with a three-character concept "献寿图". It is followed by a text: "甲午秋日仿南田老人笔意 / 古吴横山樵客管念慈" and a stamp "念慈" (Guan Nianci). He was a Qing dynasty seal painter and engraver.
