作者简介：任可澄（1878-1946），贵州普定人。1903年中举人，1904年受聘为贵州学务处参议，1909年，与唐尔镛、华之鸿等组织宪政预备会，并继唐尔镛之后，为宪政派首领。任贵州教育总会会长，与自治学社对立。辛亥革命后，任大汉贵州军政府枢密院副院长。唐继尧入黔后，任都督府右参赞。
