Of circular form, decorated in shades of underglaze blue, painted to the centre with prunus and bamboo flanking an unusual pointed rock formation, encircled by eight radiating petal-shaped panels, each enclosing a leafy peony spray, a band of diamond work around the rim reverse-decorated with petals brown wash rim, the reverse with two expressively drawn branches, the glazed base with a lingzhi mark within a double circle.
