A LARGE AND IMPORTANT DEHUA / BLANC DE CHINE MOLDED FIGURE OF GUANYIN BOJI YUREN 波及漁人 IMPRESSED MARK CHINA, LATE QING DYNASTY, LATE 19TH CENTURY The Goddess of Mercy is depicted seated in rajalalisana and holding a ruyi scepter. She wears loose robes as well as a necklace. A hair bun is topping her head. The back bears an impressed four-character mark of square shape: ‘波及漁人’. H: 34,3 cm Notes: 1.
