Notes: A rare nude print originally published in five (5) prints as part of a limited edition of two-hundred (200) copies portfolio. Iwami Furusawa is a well-known Japanese printmaker whose works have been widely exhibited. Amongst his exhibitions are: - the first Bienal of São Paulo (1951); - ‘1945±5: War and Reconstruction – How Artists Faced the Turbulent Period’, Hiroshima CIty Museum of Contemporary Art (2016); - National Museum of Modern Art Tokyo (MOMAT).
