王印杰，字墨石，男，汉族，河北蠡县人，1942年7月生。王印杰先生自幼酷爱绘画，十六岁拜山水画家陈延昭、刘松岩为师，1963年入伍，在部队从事美术工作。后为著名山水画家徐北汀老先生入室弟子。技艺上博采众长，几十年勇于探索、广泛涉猎。既工花鸟，又工山水，并以创作雪景为主。他的雪景用墨吸收宋人技法，融汇古今，不加白色点染，以焦墨线条表现物体。在构图和意境上都有自己的艺术特色。他的雪景，在传统上出新，在自然中求奇，形成了自己的风格。
