作者简介：黄思永(1842-1914)，字慎之，号亦瓢。本籍安徽徽州，寄籍江宁(今南京)。生于清道光22年(1842年)，卒于民国3年(1914年)。光绪六年(1880)庚辰科状元。先后任翰林院修纂、军机处章京、右春坊右中允等职。后开办北京工艺商局，还投资天津北洋烟草公司，组建北京爱国帐烟厂。光绪二十九年，清政府设商部，黄思永被尚书载振聘为头等顾问，与张謇被时人称为"商部实业两状元"。
