Aquatint and carborundum in colors on Mandeure rag paper.image: 15 3/8 x 11 5/8 in. (39.1 x 29.5cm)sheet: 25 7/8 x 19 5/8 in. (65.7 x 49.8cm)[Dupin, 460] In overall good condition. The sheet is hinged to the matboard twice along the top edge. The sheet is with very slight horizontal ripples due to the weight of the carborundum elements. The sheet with mat burn around the four edges. Pinpoints of foxing are occasionally present in the margins. A white pinpoint is present at bottom center. It is unclear if this is surface soiling or inherent to the work. Light surface soiling is present in the four corners and also at center left. Faint handling creases are present along the bottom margin. Inscribed in pencil bottom left verso, M786/ #331B $1500 "Tete Fleche." See Specialist s photos for details.
