Overall in excellent gently used condition with no breaks or repairs; no chips, losses, or discernible scratches to granite top; the very outer edge of top with some trace fleabites (possibly in the original cutting of the stone), not at all distracting from presentation; maple case excellent with no stains, marring, chips, or losses; interiors clean, doors and drawers open and glide easily; interior drawers lined in black felt; each pair of bifold doors opening to single compartment with two sliding drawers above single adjustable shelf; face in similarly good condition with only minor trace scuffs and very light oxidation to legs; cabinet is heavy and well-made.
