孔小瑜(1889-1984)名宪英，斋号思撷馆。原籍山东曲阜，生于上海。为孔圣后裔。出身于国画世家，少时受父亲孔子瑜熏陶，艺承家学，擅博古花卉、花鸟人物和写真，风俗味浓，墨彩神逸，尤善画牡丹，人称“孔牡丹”，画作生动别致，精美典雅。与王一亭、郑午昌、高邕等往来较多，画艺日进。
款识：岁朝清供。壬午夏初，曲阜孔小瑜写于沪上。
钤印：孔英画印（白）、思撷馆（朱）。
