菩萨身躯笔直，身形峻拔，双腿笔直立于覆莲宝座之上。头戴花叶宝冠，坦胸饰连珠璎珞长链，外罩长袂衫，佩授披肩，帛带绕臂，舒展自然下垂，下着鱼尾长裙，衣褶流畅。
此尊菩萨工艺精湛，尤其面容颈部，弯眉杏目，直鼻弓唇，将菩萨的慈悲与智慧展露无遗。身躯端庄，丰腴而不虚，近人而不俗，是尊难得一见的明代汉地佛教造像精品。
