A French gilt metal and porcelain mantel clock, emblematic of Innocencelate 19th / early 20th century, with bell strike movement marked 'R&C Paris & London' (probably Richard & Co.), no.5751, fronted by a pink porcelain dial with Roman numerals and floral garland, a similar plaque to the base with a musical trophy, the gilt metal case with a maiden standing beside a plinth, a pair of doves at her feet, on a shaped base with fluted and toupie feet, stamped 'P.H. Mourey' to reverse, 15 ¾in. (40cm.) high, with original giltwood and velet stand. (2)Condition Report: Lacks pendulum. Minute hand bent. Porcelain dial and panel in good condition. Some wear to gilt, mainly to figure's robe. Base has some gilt wear.
