Description

题识：丁丑长夏，井西居士祁崑临于松崖精舍雨窗。
钤印：祁崑印信长寿、井西居士
说明：文物公司旧藏
祁昆（1901-1944），字景西，号井西居士，斋号曰松崖精舍。北京人。所画理法精严，笔墨精致，枯润合度。工细山水得明人遗意，又精篆刻。性喜犬，室内床上下所蓄犬无思十余头，可谓奇癖，所作山水，规模明人，而近于王翚。作风精细清润，构图全出之正统派民国初年北京画坛以王翚为“神圣不可侵犯”，祁氏亦受影响，在学王诸诸家中堪称翘楚。但用笔略嫌拘谨板实，工稳有余，创意不足。弟子有郭传璋、梁树年等。
