此花觚喇叭口、圆鼓腹、足外撇，胎骨坚细厚重。器身雕饰兽面纹，给人凝重庄严的感觉。铜质精良，力仿商周青铜礼器，铸工精美绝伦，口部下部底部均绘蕉形虁凤纹，纹饰精致，造型独特觚是古代的一种饮酒器、礼器。可做陈设器，置于案头，清代宫廷又称花觚，是身份地位及王权的象征。
