|载仁亲王（1865-1945），旧日本帝国的元帅陆军大将，皇族，昭和天皇的叔祖，昭和年间替天皇掌管陆军的重臣，侵华战争的罪魁之一。日俄战争期间作为骑兵将领锋芒毕露，从九一八事变后期到全面侵华期间任日本陆军参谋总长（1931-1940），在幕后指挥侵华战争。日军侵华的每一道指令都是他签发的，他对日本法西斯军队的壮大和对中国领土的攻占起了不可替代的作用。晚年城府深沉，在军中无人敢惹，事实上成为陆军的首脑。1945年5月20日在日本战败前病死，从而逃脱战后正义的惩罚。
