瓶唇口，短颈，丰肩，鼓腹，腹部以下渐收至底，足胫微外展。全器施青釉，釉色青翠，外壁以深刻纹饰体现，颈部饰方胜纹，肩部刻划如意纹，腹部主题纹样为缠枝牡丹纹，纹饰立体饱满，足胫饰莲瓣纹。釉质莹润，光泽柔和。足端无釉露胎呈火石红色。来源：卢芹斋旧藏
