钤印：沙佐之印（白）、沙辅卿（朱） 款识：戊午清和月长洲沙佐辅卿写。 沙佐（？-1945）字辅卿，号虎阜山民，苏州人，为沙馥（字山春）之侄，久居上海，鬻画之外，自营珂罗版厂。游寓常熟，与李西山友善，释逸溪投其门下，曾迎住三峰下院，卒年约近古稀。工人物花卉，画风粗犷与细密兼具。晚年病腕，以左笔作画，多以简放之笔绘之，洒脱有致，独具风神。
