钤印：徐邦达(朱)、邦达(朱)、徐荃印(朱)、心远草堂(朱) 款识： 一、司空表圣论诗云：“妙在酸咸之外”。余谓画道亦然，惟倪黄为深得其奥，此册力师其意，而心手相违矣。以位卿年道兄于弈理探索有年，必通此旨，因以赠之。康熙甲申腊月望后，王原祁。后学孚尹临于海上寓斋。 二、庚午之夏，友人携来王茂京司农仿倪黄图册，老笔纷披，冲和闲雅，极苍浑骀宕之致，审为司农晚年精作，索值奇昂，恐不能购伫秘笈，亟具纸笔摹之，信宿而成，复临写原题，并记始末以志墨缘。盐官邦达徐荃书于沪寓之海容楼。 作者简介： 徐邦达，字孚尹，号李庵、心远生，晚年号蠖叟。著名书画鉴定专家。曾任北京故宫博物院研究员、中央文物鉴定委员会常务理事。有“徐半尺”(意指其鉴画，于画轴展开半尺已知真伪)和“华夏辨画第一人”之誉。
