琴禅之印（白文）、徐元白作（朱文）
徐映璞（1892-1981）字镜泉，号清平山人，浙江衢州北郊徐家坞人，著名历史学家。抗战胜利期间与马一浮、张大千、张宗祥、徐元白等雅士弹琴做诗，号为“西湖月会”。
