|清代由于宫廷的佛教信仰盛行，各类佛像、佛教用具的制作日繁，工艺考究者亦可为收藏佳器。拍品为放置佛像之佛龛，尺寸甚大，宜合此器之佛像定当较大。通体呈圆柱形，顶部为华盖式，帷幔飘逸，下承藏传佛教独有的仰覆莲瓣台座。台座上立短围栏，錾刻缠枝花卉纹为饰，佛龛开U形窗，镂雕卷草纹为饰，背面设方形门，可开合，以便放置佛像。通体鎏金，金色灿烂如新。佛龛为供奉于佛堂之中，用以安放佛像之器，既可衬托佛像之庄严，又可保护佛像，其形制多样，富于变化，是较为常见的礼佛用器。
